Shipping Update - Covid-19

Our Australian logistics warehouse is still operating normally at this time with orders being fulfilled daily. Work practices have been modified and measures put in place to ensure the health and safety of all employees. Handling of goods coming into and leaving our warehouse is also now subject to hygiene and quarantining processes to ensure the safety of all product being shipped to our customers.

Due to disruption caused by COVID-19, some local carriers may be delayed or unable to deliver to certain locations.

Australia Post are experiencing small delays to domestic parcels and lengthy international delivery delays. This is due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. 

We ask that customers consult the relevant local mail provider for more information on potential delays.
